ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello father she need to take some supplements like calcium and iron as prescribed By the gynaecologist after discharge. Also good healthy diet and rest is essential along with fluids . You can give her dry fruits , dals , eggs, whole grains and cereals, milk , etc
