#AskTheExpert sir my son is 5 1/2 half year old he is suffering from constipition potty karne me bahut paresani hoti hai 3ya 4 din pe potty karta hao wo bhi enimiya glycrine dalne per hota hai potty bahut hard hota hai

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. it is fine for age. Baby in the infancy does not pass motion on daily basis it may take 2 to 3 days or up to seven days to pass motion you can use glycerine suppository for the motion problem in the infancy there no need to worry.

आपको बेकरी, भारी खाद्य पदार्थ देना बंद करना होगा।
अपने बच्चे को फाइबर युक्त भोजन जैसे पालक का सूप, टमाटर का सूप, प्रून जूस, नाशपाती पपीता बेर केला आदि फल दें।
अपने बच्चे को अधिक शारीरिक activites के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
रात को सोने से पहले गर्म दूध में एक चम्मच घी मिलाकर दें।
