ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..some kids tend to show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal..so don't be tensed and wait for some more time

And it is good if teething starts after baby turns one year old. You should start giving homeopathic medicine name denton medicine it is very effective in teething
