#AskTheExpert Sir my kid does not eat properly , sometimes refuses to eat nothing,and in night time his tummy suffer from colic and he keep crying untill fart come. pls suggest what to do

it looks like that your child is having Indigestion.
so ,I advise to avoid giving heavy, oily food items.
give easily digestible food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
