Give protein rich foods like milk, egg, paneer, fish, pulses, soya chunks, curd for good growth
Add lot of Vegetables, fruits & nuts like Almond cashews walnuts to child's recipes too

Considering the child is premature 12 kg seems to be a good weight as her birth weight can be low. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight.
