#AskTheExpert sir , my child is almost 3 years old. whenever he eats something, he touches his stomach and says mamma ,I am going to vomit so can u please tell me the reason why he does so. sometimes he actually vomits after having meal

it happens because of many reasons like indigestion,fast eating habit, overfeeding etc.
so please check for that.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially while meal time.
keep your child well hydrated
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc which help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
maintain good hygiene
