#asktheexpert Sir my child is 3:5 years old...he spoke atleast 90 words...Dr said me he is ADHd child...he is able to identify letter of Hindi and English and math....but he is not stable to site...what I do for him..??

A. limit your child salt and sugar intake keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc give age appropriate toys especially puzzles, building blocks etc
