#asktheexpert sir my baby is3 months old. He took his 2nd vaccination on Thursday. Now he is not taking breastfeed properly. Also have not passed stools since 3 days. Also his urination is not proper. He us crying a lot. What should i do

post vaccination swelling at site of injection and fever make baby irritable so apply oce at site of injection and give paracetamol drops to soothe pain
