Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. this must be matter of concern as paracetamol is first medicine prescribed for fever, you must give other antifever medicine like mefenemic acid containing syrup.
also consult physically with near by pediatric allergic specialist.
