As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting foods, gradually gaining weight, reaching milestones then nothing to worry about lean body structure. The body structure is dependent upon the child’s genetic structure. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
