ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. check for any lice infestation or seborrhic dermatitis It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Apply coconut oil on the scalp .
This will help to get relief from itching.
u can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free to massage your baby hair.
