#AskTheExpert Sir, my baby boy has not pooped since 3 days...He is on breast milk, I have been giving him colicaid , and I am daily making him do bicycle exercise, giving him massage areound naval...What else can I do to make him poop?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food hars been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparatiotns in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

Kalindi BhavsarMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi It’s all normal and common No stool till seven to eight days is considered as normal Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
