Hi. usually babies get their first milk teeth upto the age of 18 months. if you're not seeing any signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, swollen gums and itching in gums then please consult with Pediatric Dentist for proper evaluation.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please visit your pediatrician. offer calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day avoid giving RO water maintain good hygiene
