If feasible do some stretching exercises and use pillows to support your back while sleeping and sitting,the pains will take longer to go away

Avoid bending from waist, bend with knees folded
Massage your back
Do some back stretching exercises
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Sit upright with back support
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
If no relief see a orthopedic
