shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum for emergency you can give medication like meftal spas to the child but still if it is happening again and again then this can be infection as well so in that case you need to consult with your doctor for the proper medication in between keep on giving ajwain Ka Pani
