Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causehys are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

It has been 4 to 5 days and there could be multiple issues associated with that it could be just indigestion sometimes it could be food poisoning stomach infection so do not take it lightly I would recommend you to have an assessment with your doctor regarding this
