#AskTheExpert sir mera beta 1 year 4 month ka hone wala hai । wo din or rat me achhi tarah nhi sota means 1 ghanta bhi countinue nhi sota isme me bhi 3 से 4 बार उठ jata hai or rota hai or rat ko bhi aisa hi krta hai mtlb chain se nhi sota koi solutions btao please

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if you are child is one year and 4 months also if the child is not sleeping properly you have to make a proper schedule of your child do not allow the child to sleep more in the day
