Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. to decrease this you have to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity by regular cleaning the oral cavity with the help of your finger as a less you cafn use clean cotton cloth. this has to be done at least two times per day also the increased salivation is due to the pyre tooth eruption pain and the irritation of dirty things the child places in the oral cavity

Teething maher started happening with your child and that is the most common reason which is Vai your child is behaving like this so I would just advise you to go ahead with giving homeopathic tablet number 21 to the child for tablet is four times in a day
