Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi good evening !! After delivery periods stop for few months and starts by 5-8 months for some ladies it takes one year also. Yes Post delivery irregular periods occurs due to harmonal changes, low Haemoglobin, stress. Have Balanced diet with calcium, protein, iron rich foods adequate water and fluids avoid junk, oily processed foods. 28-33 days cycle is ok if you are experiencing delay of 2-4 weeks then consult Gynaecologist.
