#asktheexpert Sir, I do not know milk, I am not able to breastfeed my baby. Should I take medicine to increase breastmilk?

A. if you are a breastfeeding mother and if you are not able to give proper breastfeeding just take a healthy diet take plenty of liquids and high fibre in the tight it will cause proper milk production

A. Hi dear mom. Yes u can take lactonic tablets to increase ur breast milk. The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there. U can also have jeera water daily two times a day.
