#AskTheExpert Sir,Good mroning We are veggies and now a days my kid is having fever/cold/cough regularly so how to inprove his immune and tell me some foods in breakfast/lunch and dinner

A. Hai good morning !! For improving immunity power do Vaccination as prescribed by paediatrician. Vaccination helps in Avoiding many dangers disease, virus and builds immunity system. Along with include immunity boosting foods in diet. Fruits and vegetables (lemon, orange, pine apple, strawberry, papaya, tomato,Gobi, cabbage, beans,dry fruits and nuts, jaggery, garlic, pepper,ragi , turmeric milk weekly twice). Give boiled water (warm water) Daily,put on comfortable clothes (winter wear,cap socks avoid exposing to winds early morning, nights, daily expose to sunlight.
