Give all kind of food to the child Roti sabji Dal rice Paratha vegetables fruits lentils grains millets whatever healthy you are eating making at home is the right food avoid giving junk food to the child biscuits and bread to the child and not very healthy to be given and no fried chips and pack chips as well
