A. Serve more fruits and vegetables - carrots, green beans, oranges, strawberries. Try to get your child to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. Green leafy vegetables - cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, kale, lettuce, parsley Root vegetables - carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, yam, beetroots Garlic, onions and ginger Squash or pumpkin Apricots Citrus fruits Berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries Pulses and lentils Green peas Sprouts Nuts and seeds - almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds and sesame seeds. Curd/yogurt Turmeric Honey
