include whole grains, millets, dals, pulses, sprouts, milk and milk products, seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, hethy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings.
avoid fried, processed and junk foods, carbonated beverages, maida / refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats.
you can also go on a walk, start yoga or exercises.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and most of the women get weight after delivery.. please have rich fiber and proteins diet. also avoid oily junk and packed food.. also follow the regular exercise routine and yoga.. take care
