#asktheexpert should we avoid salt 100 percent for babies less than one year?

A. yes , 100% babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and breast milk . excess of salt will damage kidney of little baby. don't worry if food is bland.

A. Hi You can give salt to the child an appropriate quantity whatever is needed in a meal see nobody likes to have tasteless food not even kids so as per my gynaecologist she always said that you should use all the spices and salt into the food so I’m just going to advise you according to that only
