#AskTheExpert should solids be introduced after 6 months or we can continue with breastfeeding?

A. Hi mom Yes solids to be introduced once baby completes six months. Then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food. Yes u can continue to breastfeed ur baby
