Q.
#asktheexpert she z just started her pre school.Now days she is eating too little.she also gotCough n sneezing frequently .she z too active n always love to play .She also runs every day.Please suggest me how to safe her from coughing n how she ll eat sufficient as per her recruitment

I think kids have very poor immunity in this age which is why when they are exposed to more kids and more people around them they catch infection really very fast which is why you can check with your doctor can start with any good multivitamin supplement to improve the immunity of the child and also initially kids are very hesitant to go to school they have a separation anxiety and which is why the appetite can go down they can fall sick frequently but with regular counselling and teaching to your child I’m very certain things are going to work better into your child’s favour so just check for all these things
