Some kids are slow weight gainer
If the child is eating properly , active and not falling sick often then do not worry about the weight
Make sure the child is having healthy balanced diet
Follow small and frequent meal pattern
Include fresh fruits and vegetables, protein rich food like paneer curd dals, sprouts, soya, egg in the diet
Also make sure the child is well hydrated
