ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, weight of 5.5 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
