A. It’s completely normal for some babies to get their first teeth a little later, typically anywhere between 6 to 12 months. By 11 months, most babies have at least one or two teeth, but some may not have any yet and still be within the range of normal development. There is usually no need for medication unless there's discomfort that needs specific treatment. If your baby hasn't developed teeth yet by 12 months, it’s a good idea to check with your pediatrician, but in most cases, it’s just a variation in timing. Genetics, nutrition, and overall health can affect the timing of teething. Keep monitoring and ensure that your baby is healthy and hitting other developmental milestones.
