You should avoid fish in the rainy season after that you can go ahead with that as far as I go with the doctors they don’t recommend you to stop eating anything they always suggest you to have high in protein rich diet so fish is also one of those but If the rainy season see that you should avoid eating fishWrite Your Answer Here
