#asktheexpert shaarav is 3.5 years old.. is very thin.. what shall I do to increase his weight?

A. Hi For healthy eating, it is very important to restrict child from eating junk foods like Biscuits, waffers bakery products, chips, chocolates, maggi so that they eat all home made & natural food Add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts, dates, egg, avocado, chickoo, banana til seeds in childs recipes for weight gain

A. Being Tina is got nothing to do with the weight of the child it is a body structure if your child is active and having proper weight according to the age one or 2 KG plus or minus then it is fine there is nothing to be worried about for the same still if you want to you can consult your paediatrician about it
