#asktheexpert rushaan is six years old ....he is too active but he don't like to eat fruits.... whenever I try to give fruit to eat he act like he is going to vomit what should I do?

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, most kids use that tactic. It’s fine. Don’t force feed: you can try fruit milkshake, fruit dosa or even try home made fruit jam with little sugar/jaggery and spread it over dosa or chapathi
