A. no.should not.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosisSee try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

A. Yes The cavities are going to shift down to gums or something then it will definitely be a trouble for a child in the longer run you immediately consult a child dentist she will be able to guide you enough and based on the scenario right now
