#AskTheExpert Respected doctor My baby is suffering from cough and cold along side fever I gave him paracetamol for fever and kofserex junior for cough and cold In daytime he remains okay with no fever but at night around 3-4 he gets fever again Plz suggest something

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritabilityjf could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
