#asktheexpert recently I started taking iron and calcium tablets and also aspisol 75 recommend by my doc. but tomorrow I had vomiting of green colour after 2 hrs of taking of iron tablets is this normal or I have to take extra precaution

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Talk to your gynaecologist about it as sometimes an iron medicine doesn’t suit so then you need an alternative and till then include iron rich foods in your diet take care
