#asktheexpert Recently I started introducing cow's milk for my 14 months old but it caused indigestion and diarrhoea. does that mean I need to stop giving it.

A. hello mum if you are sure that child is having in digestion because of the cows milk only then definitely you can either switch to some another milk or you can add some elaichi water in it this is good for the digestion of the cows milk
