my baby 10 month 14 days old now he is having vomiting n diarrhoea from 3 days also he remain healthy upto 15_20 days again having diarrhoea what is the issue is it due to indigestion

Actually you can see teeth and fever correlated and loose motions can also be associated with that as the child starts getting into this kind of a face it’s very common for you to see that the child suffer with fever and lose motions so that could be the reason behind
