That’s What did you do lack of sleep lack of rest you basically must be stressed your sleep cycle is disturbed your life is completely upside down as of now which is why most common thing is headache so you can take medicine for headache which is more suitable to you apart from that try to take proper sleep proper food and don’t take stress and tension at all
