#asktheexpert quick normal labour exercise for my delivery time

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor, to know if all the conditions are normal

A. Normally doctors do suggest you to do squats so you can do squats with somebody’s health that’s very very beneficial and also you can do but butterfly pose that’s also very good for that and regular working for at least thousand steps per day is also good
