#AskTheExpert Query 1. Fever starts from 14th April 1st dose taken 4 PM , 2nd Dose 10:30 PM , 3rd Dose 15th April 4 AM & At 4 AM foot rub with wet cloth, than eat bread jam & biscuits after had medicine. Ans 1 - Query 2. Please guide what to do if fever comes in night, or if fever is high what to do. Ans 2 - Query 3. When to seek an emergency at what temperature, please share emergency contact number. Ans 3 - Query 4. What to do if pain in legs , head or body. Ans 4 - Query 5. Any food precautions. Ans 5 - Query 6. Can I take vaccine or special precautions or what to take to make strong immunity by medicine or food. Ans 6 -

A. Hi dear mom Take paracetamol if the fever is above 100 F. Body pain and weekness is due to fever. It can be viral fever and can take 3-5 days. Consult ur doctor if the fever is above 103 F Eat easily digestable food like khichdi, rice curd, Banana, sooji, upma etc. Take adequate rest and water to keep ur self hydrated. No need for any vaccination.
