Maam you have to follow the same thing only as you been doing till now it’s pregnancy in order disease that you have to think so many things just that only thing that you have to avoid sleeping on the tummy if you have a habit rest you can sleep on your back right left and back and you have to bathe the same way as you have been so there is no such restriction or anything
