#AskTheExpert ppl used to tell eating of Jaggery and mango will cause very adverse ND dangerous effect to mother feed child..is tat true

A. no.. it's not true. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. good evening consumption of jaggery is not a problem and regarding mango also you can definitely have it but only limited quantity avoid having too much otherwise it usually causes loose motions
