#asktheexpert if mother is having diabetes and taking insulin and tablet,then she can feed her baby,does it will have any adverse effect on baby??

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Insulin is safe for use while breastfeeding. There are clinical studies that report a possible decreased risk of type 1 diabetes in infants breastfed by mothers treated with insulin.
