#AskTheExpert post pregnancy I am 83 kg now, 1st time I am getting ankle pain, ankle discomfort.

A. lose weight ok.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. hello...it happens after delivery...first of all for belly what i did was to buy a maternity (postpartum compressor) belt which was very effective...also as always helpful is...don't eat sugary foods and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks... Eating more protein is a good long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. ...And also Cut carbs from your diet. ...Eat foods rich in fiber it helps... Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat ..join a yoga class along with Pilates and if not then at home only do some streching everyday...also Surya namaskar works wonders...
