#asktheexpert Post delivery, I have got severe pain in my right wrist (De Quarvein). I could not take any meds as I am breastfeeding my baby (currently 9 month old). Please help.

Hello,it's normal in breast-feeding mother's and mostly it's due to deficiency of iron and calcium and along with that you should take vitamin d also,so you can start taking there supplements and also eat those fooda which are rich source of iron, calcium and vitamin d.
