A. Dear parent, for healthy weight gain, give energy dense foods like eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add ghee to baby’s food. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
