Sinarist you can take it with a gap of eight hours it’s a basic Aunty allergy that can be easily taken during this time so there is no problem in taking it you can take it for 3 to 5 days usually you get very good effect in one medicine so take it twice in a day if you do not need it much it’s not important to take it so you can even take it with a gap of 8 to 10 hours twice in a day
