Mousumi HalderMom of 2 children2 years agoA. meri beti ko fever tha par woh kom ho gya but blocked nose ki problem ho rhi hai 5 din se raat ko thik se nind nhi ata usko main nasal drop de rhi hoon stream bhi de rhi hoon but there is no relief can u please help me what should I do.....she is even taking montek lc kid for last 5 months.....

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. try to prevent temperature variations around the child you can go for indirect steam inhalationx which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold continue the regular diet of the child if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor for fever and pain give paracetamol. anti-coldx medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
