A. Hello Focus on more intake of fluids . so give recipes like lemon water, buttermilk, lassi, soup. fruit smoothie milk shakes to child Gi e foods that digest easily like khichadi, curd rice, moong soup. chicken soup, fruit smoothie, porridge to kids . these recipes are nutritious too
